L.E.A.D. was born from a deeply personal place. Our founder's brother had multiple disabilities, and watching her mother navigate constant school changes, behavioral challenges, and a fragmented support system revealed a painful truth:
Families need more than just a classroom. They need a partner. A community. A village.
